I’ve been coaching for 20 years. Thousands of people across football academies, schools, colleges and gyms. I’m a HYROX affiliate coach, a movement specialist, and someone who has spent two decades solving problems other professionals couldn’t.
I started digging deeper into movement and biomechanics when my wife was suffering with chronic back pain and sciatica. The standard answers weren’t good enough. So I went looking for better ones.
What I found changed everything about how I coach.
I’m also 40 years old, still playing competitive football, still competing in HYROX, and still learning every single day. I don’t coach from a textbook. I coach from experience - mine and the thousands of people I’ve had the privilege of working with.
