Pictures here say 1000 words, if you watch to the end and see how happy it makes her to achieve these 6 reps you can really feel the joy. 6-8 months ago Tara realised that she had lost passion for something that she genuinely loves. Fitness and exercise. She came to me with the explanation of, “I don’t really enjoy group training anymore”, and asked if I could help her with online programming. I love the opportunity to work with passionate people and accepted that opportunity straight away. I asked her to come to a couple of sessions with me first just so I could see how she moves.

Anyway fast forward 8 months and she pretty much trains in the group every day. She even drives 30-40 mins a day to do so!!!!!!

What was getting in Tara’s way? My belief is the lack of direction! The lack of appropriate progression in a time domain and also lack of Guidance, she had not lost passion for training she had stopped seeing progress.

A couple of sessions with me , a few hundred conversations (Tara likes to ask questions, I like to answer questions and help as much as possible) she had been gone some clear direction. Tara had the belief that i was the right person to move her forward.

To Tara’s annoyance I stripped everything she did right back and helped her start again. Including her squat. This went way back but has now helped her make MASSIVE gains!!!

The result, Tara is now linking toes to bar, she is squatting better than ever, she is working and going about her daily life with a lot less pain. She is no longer worried about picking up a bar incase her back hurts, or shoulder is unstable or her knees aching.

We set goals, we create new movement patterns, we worked on stability, we found a new passion. And best of all she enjoyed the process.

My experience at Bullet Proof Training Method has been a complete game changer for me. 11 months ago, even walking on the beach sounded exhausting. I first started because my husband is a member and I knew exercise will be good for me. Thing is, I hadn’t ever enjoyed working out in the past, so I never lasted long in a gym environment. I truly thought that gyms aren’t really for me. I was amazed to find out that training here at Bullet Proof Training Method is so fun!

Being shy I have a tendency to feel that because I’m a beginner that I won’t belong and even had been intimidated at gyms in the past, however here I’ve been made to feel welcomed and that I’m a valued member.
